Answer to our ever present PG problem?

BALL DON'T LIE
One of the most, if not the most, pressing problem for this team is the lack of a point guard to facilitate and run the show on the basketball floor. Putting into mind Melo, Amar'e, and TC's offensive tendencies, who do you guys think should the Knicks try to sign during the postseason?

Hmmm...maybe.

But I would also draft late or sign an undrafted PG. Someone with a handle and loves dimes come a dime a dozen. No immediate need for a scorer...D' ant is long gone.

Grid or Riot
Let me make this straight for you brother, all what we can offer in the offseason is one year veteran minimum contracts which is around $1.4M/year and there is no way in this world Nash, Miller or Dragić would accept such a cut.

Well Dragic for sure but why not Nash or Miller? I can definitely see them taking a paycut considering where they are in their respective careers

skisloper

Starter
Jeremy Lin our PG and Chandler our center and Shump our SG....with their intensity and 100% effort there should be no room for Melo or Stat to fall into the abyss...

If your the knicks you have to go after someone who wont Jam up Cap space.

John Lucas
Ish Smith
Patty mills
Pargo
Delonte west

i think those PG's would fit

If you can get fisher,i would take him for vet leadership purposes he still has something left in the tank and can run a offense as well as hit shots (big shots as well) at his age i don't know how much teams would offer him.

John Lucas or Ish Smith!!!!!!!!
Both have potential to be great PG's especially Ish alot of people dont know about him. He kind of reminds me of a poor poor poor very poor mans chris paul lol

Lucas im scared of his chucking lol, but he's not half bad when he gets hot he's like the PG version of JR Smith

Paul1355

All Star
Most realistic is Patty Mills for 1 to 2 million

Andre Miller would be a solid back up PG

Nash is the main target but I doubt we get him because of Lin

tarheel23

Rookie
Id take Aaron Brooks out of that list. He seems to be one of the best deals. He would be nice to come off the bench and produce indepentently if needed.

Peter

Benchwarmer
Lin + Baron backup next season he will be 100% and take the vets min.

Knicks should learn a lesson from this season, no more old injury-prone player . Baron is the first one to go this summer. Jared is the second one.
