as most of you probably heard this already, the nets got OK from the board of governors and they will play in NY
how do you feel about this? was it a good move or a bad one

btw, will they be in town starting with 2004-05?
I think it's a bad move, no one is going to go see them, when they could see the Knicks. And with no Kidd, they can expect an average fan base of about 5,000. They should have stayed in NJ, a lot of the players don't like the move either.
I am almost certain they start playing there for the 04-05 season.
i live in brooklyn and the only reason i would go to one of there games is if the knicks are playing. i dont care where they are i will always hate the nets and always love the knicks
Agree. Why loving Nets when you have Knicks? No reason, simply no reason for that.

the nets are probably ganna turn out to be like the hawks. soon nobody is ganna want to stay there or go there. and they are not going to sell enough tickets. they are just ganna be a really bad team.

Hey the Nets moving to New York is not going to be that bad. There current fans will probably follow them even if they move. The Nets gonna be just like the Clippers/Lakers. Whipping the Knicks ass when we **** on them.
