alan hahn speakin the truth
When we were winning it doesn't matter how many TO's Lin makes. He was being aggressive and forcing the offense which was a good thing.
Now he is making mistakes because he is hesitating and trying to make a decision as to whether to defer to Melo/Stat or take it himself.
As with all Rookie PG's this is going to be a learning process. It will improve with experience and time on the court.
Like I said before, its not helping him that MDA's offense is an absolute joke to run. Nor is it helping that we barely get any easy buckets on fast breaks because we are always picking up the ball from out of the basket.
But at the same time they were yanked for a real lack of leadership and effort on the court. Especially on the defensive end. Missed shots you can forgive. But lack of effort and allowing turner and williams to burn us like that? Thats just disgraceful.
First the Jets now the Knicks will to win is gone.
It looks like D'Antoni doesn't give a **** about Dolan anymore and he played the guys he wanted to and not the guys Dolan wants him to play. I can't believe I'm saying this but dude deserves a handshake for benching our stars even if he gets fired soon.
-Novak should not of played for that long in the 4th. He didn't play D or hit shots.
-Shump should of played more
-Jr should of played less
-Why take out Melo when he's the only one playing good today?
-Fields played well
-Amare was useless today
-Taking out Melo at the beginning of the 2nd when he was hot was a retarded move.
-I really miss Jeffries
Shumpert needs at least 6 or 7 minutes of Novaks minutes today. The kid is incredibly gifted.
