Okay thanks.
I dont know much about basketball. You can call me idiot if you want, oh well.
But, since his contract is up in a few years, than why are people on this forum saying that he should traded?
Can a player be traded, even if his contract is not yet up????
yes he can
he will be entering the downside of his career when his contrct is up. not many guards have their best years after 30. they quickly deteriorate. isiah thomas retired at 33.
whats the point of having him here for the next few years while the knicks are going to be a ****TY team. why not trade him in return for some real young prospects with superstar potential.
we DONT wanna give him a big contract when this one is up. that will be ANOTHER bad contract. he wont be worth max dollars at that point.
