STAT's got a legitimate point, before Pau got to the Lakers he was known as a soft player. The fact that he's got size up front to support him in LA has helped him to shed some of that rep but take him off that team & put him back on a team with no other legitimate bigmen & he goes back to being known as soft. If STAT had a legitimate 7 footer that can actually play & defend the post playing next to him he'd look a lot less soft himself on defense.

    Kinda pitiful.

Pau is the opposite of soft, ur right. Doesn't matter if it took getting outta a midwest basement and going to a high profile winner...

Doesn't fly that he has help Amare doesn't...Not like Bynum has been around all that much on the court. Pau has filled in as C beautifully when needed.

Just watch the guy. He's smart and tough, even mean, on defense. Respected NBA winners/legends give him the props needed to know, aside from watching him.

Wow. Amare calls him soft....Better step it up this playoffs or we will look like huge ****ing fools. And if STAT thinks last yr playoff performance will vindicate even,

He's dead.f'ing.wrong. Being out boarded by undersized point guards and getting shredded on D like swiss won't cut it, or have us get wins, no matter if he averages 25 a game.

Especially when he/we have a totally unnecessary target on us. Not like his D/our D wasn't already raw red meat to opposing teams.

But ya, he better strep it up big time now. What a stupid ****ing thing to say tho either way...
