Default I'm serious about this (on Turiaf)

I easily forget we have a good center on our team because of his injuries. Can we please get the highest caliber medical staff for him? Phoenix Suns level?

Is anybody else this way with Turiaf? You know he could help us a lot, but forget because of how many games he's missed? He did a good job in the Playoffs too, but Billups and Stoudemire's injuries happened.

    It is what it is.
If he finally strings together a healthy season, then that would be awesome for NY. But you can't bank on it, even if NY spends the offseason revamping their medical & training staff.

Turiaf is decent. We need 2-3 more players just like him...

Yup, definitely a fan of Ronny!

Only thing he lacks are 2 inches of height, apart from that top guy and good defensive player.

Robin Lopez is so overrated on this forum, I would much rather sign a player from the D-league.

Trust me. The only reason he was starting most of the season with the Suns was because he'd do even less without Nash. I saw him quite a bit on League Pass. That national game of the Suns vs. Lakers, Gortat played over 50 minutes I think, off the bench. The only game I remember Lopez looking strong was against the Spurs in their last game that they won.

I don't know what Lopez's future is, but I wouldn't make any trades for him.

If we can get both Turiaf and Jeffries for cheap Id like to keep both them (no homo) but i think the knicks should look for a 3rd center to juggle into the mix, someone that can bring more offense. Actually the knicks need someone that can slow down brook hoepez, he sh*tted on us last year

Robin always plays good against his brother and then people start thinking he has the potential to play at that level or close to it. He doesn't.

I honestly think our only hope for a good center this year is to sign Yao Ming and get him some bionic legs... That's about it.

when you have injuries to the knees your game will never be the same. They will never heal up properly because athletes aren't givin enough time to do so. They are poked with needles, druged up, sliced and patched up. Then they are put in the gym to run on treadmills, swimming and running.

These sought of injuries require almost a entire year to heal properly (by keeping your weight off the joints). But teams will not let that happen because time is money. They will put humpty dumpty together one way or another within a few weeks. This is one reason why professional athletes have to adapt and change their game up, constantly. It also helps if you have a coach that knows how to drive...and didn't burn out your clutch because of a lack of knowledge in switching gears. The season is long and brutal, pacing should be a important attribute in the coaches scheme of things.

    Our crippled-coaching with no low-post offensive/defensive
setup-plays had devalued the Knicks (bigman) performance of Turiaf/
Mozgov/and AR lastseason. And after the Melo-trade the Knicks
collaspe the first 19 games going 6-13. WHY?

Amare & Melo did not show any type of chemistry or jellin together
as a tandem unit throughout their 31 games on either end of the court.
However, new players Gallo/ Chandler/and Felton fit right into the
Denver Nuggets rotation as if they were in Denver's training-camp.
    Why?
Did it have anything to do with "Chandler & Gallo" being better
complimentary teammates than super-star Amare & Melo?
    HELL YEAH!
All Knicks-Fans should know from watching super-star Amare performance
it did not ever click or show any chemistry with Knicks players C-Mozgov,
or PF-Turiaf, or PF-AR on either end of the court, recall Mozgov and AR
getting DNP, and Turiaf coming off the bench to replace Amare in the
lineup spoke volumes when the two were finally put on the court together
to gain a 6-13 record with Melo.
u can call it how u want (Turiaf was always injured)?
I feel the two players (Amare & Turiaf) shouldve had more playingtime
together on the court to build a jellin chemistry (from Oct. to Feb.)
to invite a new Carmelo into their mix, rather than Turiaf (12 mpg)
backing-up Amare from the start of the season.

It's funny how when Turiaf was in a lineup with Mozgov/ Chandler/or
Gallo they all had gained a decent chemistry together on both ends
of the court....with either Felton or TD at the point.....the group
performed well at rebounding and stopping oponents from scoring inside
    of the paint.

Kiyaman didn't use the phrase "celebrity-coach Damntoni" but other than that he made some good points. The way we got exposed by Boston in Games 3 and 4 was hideous.
