    Post Defensive coordinator search continues

Mike Woodson will be interviewing with the Knicks for the position. Honestly, I don't have an opinion about him. Thoughts?

He was a decent coach for the Hawks all things considered...frankly I think he'd make a better head coach than Mike D

What about the search for a GM? Are we going to keep Grunswald as our GM? I wouldn't mind hiring Mark Warkentien or Kevin Pritchard.

He is a good defensive coach, a good fit with a good offensive coach.

But will D'antoni tweak his system to allow the defensive side to grow?

Mike Woodson would probably be a better head coach than D'Antoni. Hire Woodson as the defensive coach for a year, then flip the roles and keep D'Ant as an offensive specialist.

Kevin Pitchard was hired already by the Indiana Pacers.

As far as Woodson goes.. I wouldn't be opposed to it. He did get the Hawks to play some pretty decent defense while he was there.. he was **** at calling the offense tho.. but we got Dantoni for that. Could be a hand and glove fit.

There's little doubt in my mind that the defensive assistant acquired to serve under MD will have head coaching experience in the NBA.

If there's any semblance of under achieving in the Apple, there's your scapegoat replacement right there.

    Woodson is fine by me.
