Melo hurts right ankle in practice. Stepped on Shumpert foot and went down. Left court.

    Default No time to panic

Not necessarily more than a minor speed bump.

Carmelo Anthony suffered a hyperextended left knee in practice scrimmage and is listed as day-to-day.
More news as it comes forward.

It's going to be a butal season with the amount of back 2 backs 2 backs on the schedule. Hopefully these guys can get themselves into BBall shape before the season starts. Those ankle rolls are no joke and can linger for a while.

Edit: Hyper-extended knees sounds like bad news. Hope he's on the exercise bike and taking a few ballet classes to strengthen those legs and anckles...he's going to need them in this run and gun offense.

I have had two major knee surgeries from a torn ACL, trust me when I say if he was able to walk off the court on his own then he will be ok!

Walking off vs being carried off is the difference between banging your funny bone and breaking your arm

    He'll be fine!
