We need a cognitive play drawn up to get STAT and Melo involved as options.
Why won't anybody listen to me!!!???
:agreed:
I understand the tragedy of not having a real starting point guard, especially since MDA's general philosophy predicated upon ball movement, and a legit PG is paramount...
However, we obviously need at least a few cognitive (perfect description) plays, that our key players are drilled in, and have in their minds as options deep in games, in clutch situations. Particularly, when ISO is getting collapsed by our players' malfunctioning and/or an opposing team gaming us particularly well.
Especially with The Rise of Shumpert, it's impossible to think we can't have such plays...even if modest in number, but lethal in execution and surprise.
