    I got a better Trade :

1# Lets trade James Dolan for the time machine from back to the future

2# We hire Dog The Bounty Hunter to capture all the current Knicks so we can swap them with players from a different era

3# We swap Coach D with Red Holzman to coach the first real Super Time Machine Team ( KOOL I KNOW )

    Roster of :

    Allan Houston
    Bill Bradley
    Charles Oakley
    Earl Monroe
    DAVE DeBUSSCHERE
    WALT FRAZIER

i finally check out this trade thread (where ALL the sh*ttee posts should be),
and there's a personal attack going on, and why? because K4L85 was making a funny?
just keep your trade ideas in the trade thread, to make it easier for everyone to ignore you.

Can we please just team up the best pick-and-roll PG in the league with two of the best pick-and-roll finishers in the league and go compete for a championship? Let go. This team is not going to ever win a championship with the current roster. No matter who you put at coach.

Melo + Shumpert + Douglas for DWill + Morrow + Farmar

DWill is averaging 20.5 pts and 8.5 assists this year with hardly any good finishers and under Avery Johnson's slowed down system. He made Boozer an All-Star. Can you imagine what he would do with Amare and Chandler?

Morrow is averaging 13.6 pts on 43% 3-pt shooting. The kind of shooter you need to create spacing for the pick-and-roll to run most effectively. And finally Jordan Farmar as the backup PG we desperately need.

I'd probably like Tony D more if he played fewer minutes and never ran the point... EVER..... He still top on my list to be shipped out.

Trade Forum is rediculous....as in reality how did the Knicks miss signing Kenyon Martin for 2.5 million. If you look at our roster...the 3 so called SUPERSTARS have no serious talent behind them to take them far.
Chicago's bench scores 48% of its point total. My last prayer is Baron Davis coming back as the league will start punching LIN around and take him off his stride but he does have potential. HE NEEDS TO GET INTO THE WEIGHT ROOM...
a trade forum is like wishiing for a new wife with a perfect body...nice day dreams that don't happen.

Three to five thing need to happen to make a trade.....Knicks want the player...the other team wants something or some player thr knicks have....and then the players have to agree to go if they are star types who have a say in the teams they are willing to play for.

Default Trade that makes us an instant contender

Knicks: Howard, Hedo Turk, and Redick

    Magic: Amare and Melo

Knicks Starters: Lin, Fields, Turk, Chandler, Howard
Bench: Shump, Redick, Jefferies, Novak, Walker, Davis (if or when healthy)

First of all, no one is scoring or doing anything in the paint. This reminds me of the Spurs of the late 90s with Robinson and Duncan down low. No team in the east will be able to matchup with us. We have our pick and roll guard, our spot up shooters, and a physical dominating presence down low. Most of all, some much needed depth. These are all the ingredients for a long, successful run in today's NBA. Turk will thrive in Coach D's system. Plus, we add a sniper from 3 (Redick). Remember how good Q Richardson was in Phoenix the year before we gave him all that money. That's the role Redick fills off the bench. This trade eliminates the iso bs game that melo plays. This allows the floor to really open up and the ball to be moved freely. Although, Amare will be missed this is the only way I could see the Magic doing this. Both players are under contract for a while and Orlando can still remain successful. All that needs to be done now is for someone to kidnap Dolan and try and get this deal done.
