Special drill at practice

At today's practice, D'Antoni ran a special drill for Baron Davis so he could master the Toney Douglas techinique of first telegraphing a pass to Carmelo twice, then throwing the ball as hard as possible at Carmelo's ankles, while Carmelo is triple-teamed and Stat stands unguarded under the basket.

Until Davis masters the technique, D'Antoni said the point guard will not be ready to play in his system.

Honestly I wouldn't care right now if it was only temporary. At least he knows the half-court offense unlike D'Antoni. That probably won't happen though... We'll probably end up with Woodson as the interim HC and that will probably be a good thing. Can't be much worse right?

I'd die if BD gets these guys to ball with him....maybe 7th seed and out the first round, and most importantly, that he rubs off to Iman...Iman has no Steve Nash or Chris Paul to teach him the NBA guard play
