i dont think there needs to be one clear cut leader. our defensive leader and vocal leader on the court is tyson, but that doesnt mean he can keep egos in check or keep everyone focussed and all that. i was looking for someone to be physically assertive in the second half against the heat. melo really stepped up when the team game wasnt working and played his heart out against lebron. it wasnt exactly a playoff situation at that point, more like a 1 on 1 to settle a bet after hs practice, but melo really took over. lebron would have looked really really bad if his horrible shots werent dropping. melo needs to be the guy thats gonna lead by will when things arent going right. the other 36 minutes of the game it needs to be lins team.

the way were gonna win a championship is to have a few guys lead in different ways. i left out jeffries leading the second unit defensively and jr offensively, so you can see there are many guys that can/must step up if were gonna be as good as were capable of being.
