bro, we went down 12 soon as Lin/Melo came in the game, this has nothing to do with how good Lin can be, it comes down to knowing what to do & knowing where to get the ball, setting up novak for a Long 3 is not, KNOWING what to do. He didn't control any tempo, he took a lot of bad shots, even the shots he made were poor shot selection. Anyone who misses 7 shots and especially at the PG position in 15 minutes should be benched ASAP. How would you feel is Fisher was chucking up shots at a higher rate than Kobe and missing 70% of them?
and Lin has controlled the tempo fine when Amare and Melo weren't playing. Amare and Melo are difficult players to play with.
The two fouls by Novak and Shump were really what killed our momentum...let's be honest, we had the lead, and as soon as their fouls gave Dirk four free points, the game was in Dallas's hands again.
Yea Melo is not comfortable because this system sucks major ass. We rarely score 100 with a loaded offensive unit. Our defense is great but we don't score as much as our talent should and that's the problem, Mike D'antoni's offense is flawed and inconsistent...unless of course you have a Hall of Fame MVP Point Guard.
Maybe now that Chandler has his championship ring his voice will carry more weight.
