Then they should get the hell out of here, we are trying to win a championship and if they do not it means 1st round exits every year.We arent expecting them to be a bunch of lock down defenders but for almost $40 million dollars shared between them, they should at least act like they want to play defense.

Defense is an effort thing more than anything else. We're not asking them to lead the league in blocked shots and steals, but at least try and put a body on someone and make it hard for them to score. PUT SOME EFFORT INTO IT! Don't get outrebounded by guys 4 inches shorter.

Anyways, a teams defensive mindset starts with its coach and clearly D'antoni is allergic to coaching defence.
