Last I checked they were tops in the league in free throw attempts, and they scored 92 points in the paint against the Kings earlier this year. What philosophical changes have you seen in Denver?
If you're talking about the up-tempo, then that's because Chauncey doesn't run the offense anymore, it's Ty Lawson. They still slow it down a tad when Andre Miller is out there, but they still primarily focus on scoring inside and getting fouled.
