Melo needs to lead his team towards victory over the Heat, Bulls and the Celtics before he wins back the hearts of most Knicks fans.

Welcome back for the first time.

You put a player in position for success....he should succeed.

You ask a 18 feet and down player to operate 20+ feet away from the hoop, and you're set up for failure.

His outside jumpshot is complimentary, not primary. Let him kill 'em down low, and then occasionally take that heat check...and if it's falling, let it ride.

Don't ask the man to stay away from the paint and space the court.

When he Iso's and there's actual movement off the ball while he observes and assesses, he's a scary good playmaker. This is the Carmelo that we've seen in years past.

    Welcome to the Knicks Melo.

groin injury fixed Melo's jump shot and form

joking aside hope this Melo stays around for a while. Knicks are going to need it for playoffs.
