Default Does a Team's Training Program Make a Difference in its Players Avoiding Injuries?

I think it is more than just luck that some teams seem to be repeatedly plagued by injuries, while others seem almost totally immune.......... I don't ever recall, for example, a Los Angeles Lakers' season derailed due to a couple key players going down with season-ending injuries........... I think an element of that team's success could be that its training program somehow enables the players to avoid major injuries.

The Phoenix Suns' training staff has done an amazing job.

Training is big many aspects, we see elite athleticism help guys not only avoid injuries but become more effective with this new NBA style of play

we are great basketball players but as a team we are mediocre athletes
