I wish we got him last season, Landry's free throw shooting was terrible. Let's hope he can fix Brewer's jump shot and free throw mechanics... maybe teach Chandler a 10ft jump shot?!

This is an underrated hiring, we now have someone that can correct shooting mechanics when one of our players is in a shooting drought. He is well known for being the greatest shooter ever and has helped develop the shooting form for Ray Allen as well.

There are 2 type of shooting coaches out there, the first being a guy that tries to overhaul your shooting mechanics to make it more "textbook", then there is the coach that adjusts your form to make it more efficient so that you can still shoot naturally and have great results. Hopla is an adjustment shooting coach and he will definitely make this team better.

This is great news, our ace in the bushes. You know, basketball is a team game, and the team extends beyond the hardwoods. We don't watch these guys work, but Hopla would be on the All-Star team if they had such a thing.
