More disturbing news befell the Knicks yesterday about their star foward, who on Tuesday will undergo another operation on his left knee.
McDyess may not be ready for training camp and could miss the beginning of the regular season.
A C-Scan taken Tuesday - on the sixth-month anniversary of his last surgery - revealed the fractured patella bone has healed slowly and an additional bone-graft surgery will be needed to speed up the process. It will be McDyess' third operation in the left patella area in 18 months.
The procedure will take place at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, performed by special surgeon Dr. Michael Stuart and assisted by Knicks doctor Norman Scott.
this is just to much. after losing lebron, vujanic, now dice too?? the guy we had put our most hopes into? what else can go wrong? oh yeah.. chaney got another extension
this whole situation sucks with capital letters
