Maybe, though maybe Copeland could fit the bill. I hope he can. PG too since who knows how much longer Kidd and Prigioni will be playing.

nah Copeland wont be good enough to eventually replace STAT or even back him up

Actually I'm hoping we let Prigs walk after the season and sign Bo McCalebb

I hope that whoever the Knicks draft becomes a superstar. If the Golden-State Warriors could select Gilbert Arenas with the 30th pick in the draft anything is possible.

Anthony Bennett is my favorite PF prospect and I'd love to trade up and select him.

He reminds me of Barkley, great thing about Bennett is he has a lot of skills and substance over his athleticism, which isn't elite, but Bennett can just beat his guy with pure skills.

NYk_Reloaded718, I would love for the Knicks to trade Amar'e for some extra draft picks.

This is true.

What position do you guys feel like we're in most desperate need of youth and talent?

Guard. A guy to go with Iman going forward, who knows if JR will reup here. Kidd and Felton have limited shelf life, need a lead guard.

But have to go with the premise, you go with the best available player.

Trey Burke looks like the guy then.

Unless theres other PG prospects in the draft.

Here's an interesting thought, we got Baron Davis working. Bring Josiah Turner to the big Apple, have him live with Davis, come to practice, watch games, teach him what it takes to be a pro. He's from Northern California and there were some comparisons to Kidd, but thinking more Kevin Johnson. Talented 6-3 point guard, showed up in Arizona, quit, declared for the draft, went undrafted, made various pro stops, lacks discipline and thinks he's bigger than the team.

I would think since he declared last year and was a pro briefly, he's a free agent.
