arm punches? I guess you haven't watch enough Anderson. 18yrs+ of mma recorded , plus MT fights & boxing, and countless times of full-on sparring (trying to ko each other) from chute boxing, Brazilian Top team to black house. this is his first heard of KO.

    what's the point, anways?

I thought you knew if you were hit right on the button, it's time to take a nap.

hell, even LL tasted the canvas!

    notes

-shogun is going to smash sonnen. sonnen's wrestling is all his got but, the shogun shrimp has been proven. toe to toe slug contest with the H-bomb. he's a tank.

-overeem redeem fight. browne is tough. uber is a master tactician, pretty sure he has a plan. unlike his last fight. wtf was that?

-alacantra vs cali kid, tough call. the first few exchanges should tell me more. but, to guess it...cali kid. cali kid does better against non premier strikers.

-NY vs Boston ...hall vs doomsday. Hall got this all day. pun intended. like I've been saying for a while now doomsday is not a striker.

-THE FIGHT TO WATCH IS.........MF'ing Mcgregor! this guy hands has some heat seekers missiles. great footwork and hits hit opponent with amazing angles.

-mike brown is back? mike brown fools

    some boxing... Oxnard finest

annoying announcers I had to turn off the sounds. nonito needs to switch hit and use southpaw right jabs. his ortho left jabs takes away his power hand. he wants rigo, man has guts.

I saw Crop Cop train before, one of the most amazing facilities I ever seen a trainer fight in. It really inspired me and my ambition as a trainer to expand my imaginary with exercise and the body.
