Well i can only do so much with squats. Ive really slowly built up some strength but its a little risky. Ive had very bad sciatica in the past which is better now, but for some reason my left knee has hurt me anytime i squat down and stay down for a while, then comeback up. Like if im petting a small dog, when i come back up thats when it hurts. Plus i have heel spurs in my left foot. I only do squats 4 times a week because of this. 20 with 0 pounds, 20 with 15 pounds, 14 with 50 pounds, 14 with 50 pounds and im done. Ive been doing this for a little while and my knee hasnt gotten any worse so i might add another 12 squats with 50 pounds and eventually a 5th day. I just wanna be able to run again through the mountains Starbury style in the Spring time.
