As good as Felton has been he suffers from Jamal Crawford syndrome. He could look like a complete superstar in one game and play absolutely horrendous the next game.

We can actually mail this LOSS to Raymon Felton address ..
30 FG attempts missing 21 shots .. PG or SG or JR.Smith? u pick.

We had plenty of chances to win this game in the 4th quarter

Hopefully Melo plays tomorrow

I hope not .. Woody & teammates will comfront Felton tomorow about the "ISO-Felton"
performance in Chicago .. which will result in Felton giving-up the ball so 4 to 5 teammates
could take 10+ shots tomorow .. this way we go back to ball-movement to build confidence
in teammates early in the season.

**** i hate losing to Chicago ! :barf::boohoo::teeth:

Looks like fatigue set in, and Felton shot poorly and poor ball movement compared to the Miami Game..

Anyway, as others have said, u cant win em all ! Looking forward to Denver next game....

29% team shooting
foolish fouls of JR
Copeland is still not playing
4 game in 3 night + time change this is exactly where loosing come from.
With Melo this game could be easier.

Told you guys Felton was overrated.

1. He's playing with a bone bruise and without his top scorer
2. To be "overrated" means his rating is higher than he deserves

Who actually gave Ray Felton the respect to rate him "over" what he should be?

IMO our real worry is lack of a bonified secondary go to option and lack of playing time by Camby and Cope. TC can't do it all every game, and Sheed while helping still isn't enough.

Games like this remind us why additional depth like STAT and Shump are useful and that we have stars and then compliments. Our compliments can win us games but our stars are needed for the most part.

Felton isn't overrated, he just can't play at All-Star level all games, and definitely not with injury. We should be lucky he's even playing. Tougher guy than Melo.
Don't blame only him and Smith, blame all players for this lose, only Chandler played good.
We need another def rebounder and shot blocker, can Stat do it?

Felton's bone-bruise injury has to be a mental injury too .. forgettin he's a PG by taking 30 shot atempts, and still feeding himself the ball after missing 21 shots is mental more than physical.
Felton being overatted as a Bobcats & Knicks is an understatement.
Felton being better than Duhon is the best description of Felton.
The Western Conference Guards in the past year in a half put starting PG-Felton on the bottom level of NBA starting guards (decent backup).

The Knicks did something the Bobcats should have done years ago with Felton & Okafor .. on Felton 2nd chance as a Knicks .. the Knicks got Felton an all-around experience veteran (HOF) PG-Jason Kidd to tutor Felton thru a 82 game season, and postseason games.

Expect Felton to have good & bad games early in the season while Jason Kidd teach Felton how to control the tempo of games for 27 minutes of playingtime .. by midseason we should see more wins by Felton than losses.

Felton's biggest obstical will be our top-scorer Melo wanting the ball walked up-court for Melo's 35 minutes of playingtime, while a healthy Amare look foward to some offensive running-spurts to outscore over aghausted or inexperience oposition, using PG-Kidd's uptempo-scheme.

Jason Kidd have to lead the point when "Amare & Melo" are in the same lineup .. Felton is not experience for that "tandem" this season...

Felton is what he is .. its only been a short time in Felton's career scouting-report where his performance made oponents PG/SG practice extra for a game vs Felton.

We lost the Chicago Bulls game mainly for having poor offensive-scoring that lead to to many turnovers .. our defense only had one flaw .. Woody & Tyson not defending the paint in the 4th quarter (Noah owned Tyson in the 4th).
So all blame goes to Felton leading the point .. it was a low scoring point for point game .. Felton gave teammates 3 to 5 shots in that 48 minute game without Melo (warm up shots).
I'm sure a lot of Knicks players expected to get more shots in a game without Melo's 30 shots per game.
Taking your teammates out of the offense is not a good thing when u are the PG...
