Ray is a better fit for a team with scorers than he is for a team without them. Here, in NY, he has an easy job to do. Just dish it, he knows Amare and Chandler well when it comes to the pick and roll and he has the ability to break down the defense from time to time.
I have never expected much from him other than 10 pts and 7or8 dimes a game. He’s even playing some decent defense that should get better as the season carries on. On this current roster he is a great fit, he just needs to hold back a bit in the shooting department, let the game find you while you get everyone else involved.
