Moral victories were only worth something in the Isiah Thomas era. The Knicks had this game and they should have won it. It is a disappointment that they had the lead going into the 4th quarter in both the Miami game and this game and lost.

Raymond Felton lost this game for the Knicks with his stupidness. The Knicks spent weeks going over turnover drills in training camp yet this guy finds new ways to help the Knicks lose.

The Knicks definitely need to draft a PG or trade for one in the offseason. I don't care if they have to package Amar'e in order to get one of better value than Felton.

    Blame lies with Woodson.

In Miami game Fat Ray and JR sucked but he would not dare risk giving a shot to any of Prigs or Copeland. Tonight yet anther joke of a game from Fat Ray but again Woodson "trusting my guys" BS snatches defeat from the Jaws of victory You can get away with that against really poor teams like the Pistons but Miami and OKC..NOT A CHANCE.

Woodsn is a lazy coach ..PERIOD. Refuses to make adjustments. His whole game play is either ride the hot hand or stick with pre game line up no matter what. Look at Vogel, Doc Rivers and Thibdeau all have no qualms benching players who are not delivering This whole pre determined minutes rubbish is beyond Bush league.

    That said...

    1. Fat Ray Felton has been a joke for months. Even a semi decent game by Fat Ray and Knicks pull out a victory.

    2. Woodson is a joke. How Prigs gets benched in favor of Fat Rays display tonight is mind boggling. Also not a more incompetent coach coming out of time outs than Woodson.

    Woodson is a moron..........

Bad defense costs the knicks yet another game. This teams defense is one of the main reasons why they can't win the close ones.

Why on earth did'nt Woodson tell somebody to drive the ball to the basket on the last play is beyond me.Smith played a good game except for the forth quarther. He went back to his old self dribbling the clock out and forcing up a bone headed shot.

Dude saying Smith played a good game except the 4th quarter is the same old....This is who JR is and WOODSON accepts its and promotes it......its do or die......no strategy at all...Other coaches must laugh at the Knicks predictability............We as a team are so obvious in every move we do its like u do not even need a coach.....The only thing Woodson does is prevent others from playing,,,,,,,,,,,

Defense definitely wasn't our problem today. It was us running out of gas in the 4th on the offensive end that cost us the game.

Man I agree with you 110% on that. This team is easy to play defense againint b/c they know that only two people will shoot the ball the most and thats melo and smith.Whatever happened to TEAM BALL? thats how good teams become great teams. Its rediculious!!

How many times will Felton make a move and lose control of the ball because he has it too far away from his body? This guy is a rollercoaster with the rock, not exactly something you want with your starting PG.

    Oh, and he's fat.

are other teams less predictable or do they have better players? look at okc. how many jump shots did they hit in the second half. they only scored 36 points in the second half, but when you have durant on the court he can get fouled and shoot free throws. also, russell westbrook was brutal tonight. if jr hits the shot at the end of the game nobody complains about play calling. also woodson wanted jr to go to the hoop. it's not like woodson is telling jr to shoot contested jumpers every time he has the ball.

What im mainly getting at is that it seems everygame the knicks defense cannot stop the the hot shooter on the other team. Its like that every game.Yes they did play good defense except when they need to stop the hot shooter. The thunder done it tonight by stoping JR and that won them the game.

this was a tough loss, but we should be more encouraged with the defensive effort than anything else. the biggest thing i take out of this game is kenyon martin's play. he was physical and aggressive. i also think the team followed his lead on defense there. kenyon could be a very important piece down the stretch.
