Looking forward to this since he's the son of a great player. Haven't heard of him before tonight. Haven't read and heard anything bad about him yet.

    Welcome to the team, Tim!

its the 24th pick, we're what did yall expect? kobe... hes gonna workout for us... this pick is our first pick of trying to build the team around melo's skillset. not trying to build the team around the potential of amare and melo, but around melo. catch and shoot players are what we need. him and novak will open the floor for stat as well. i'll take it.

He kind of reminds me of J.R. Makes tough shots, very athletic, great in transition, inconsistent, loses focus from time to time, hits clutch shots, not a great ball handler, 6'6....smh too many similarities. But no one is J.R, he is his own breed. Only Monta Ellis is on J.R's level.

He can be very good if he improves his ball handling and shot selection but the dude can get to the rim as easily as anyone.
It prob means no more JR either.

    sadly that isn't true.

14% of shots came at the rim
    3.2 FTA per 40 min
last amongst top 100 SG prospects.

There isn't really anything that Tim does that is special...he has some nice crossovers and good athleticism but he has a lot of holes in his game.
