Hacks Added

added a few hacks on the subSilver template like the mouseover table (hypercells), fading links, the new logo and last but not least attachements
soon the bman1blue template will be updated too

bman1 template updated, done few modiffications with the boards (reduced them to 5), later i'll add the last template (iris) theat uses knicks colors
