Thought it would be good to start a special edition thread to keep everyone up to date on how the SEXUAL HARASSMENT, CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION is going against the Knick's GM/President and oh yes, THE COACH.

New York Knicks team president Isiah Thomas is accused of sexual harassment and discrimination by one of the team's former front-office employees in a federal lawsuit.

Anucha Browne Sanders claims Thomas made unwanted sexual advances toward her and refused to stop, according to the lawsuit filed Tuesday in federal court in Manhattan. Thomas and Madison Square Garden are listed as the defendants in the lawsuit, which charges them with sex discrimination and retaliation.

Browne Sanders, who had been with the team since 2000, claims she was fired as the Knicks' senior vice president of marketing and business operations last week as a result of her complaints.

Isiah Thomas to Use Mental Retardation Defense in Sexual Harassment Case

"New York Knicks president Isiah Thomas will fight charges of sexual harassment from a former team employee by claiming innocence by reason of mental retardation, his attorney stated today.

“It’s going to be impossible for any jury to look at Isiah’s body of work since his playing career ended and conclude anything other than the obvious: Isiah Thomas suffers from severe mental retardation,” said Philip Walters, Thomas’s lawyer. “As such, he can not be held accountable for his actions.”
