hey wadup knicksonline fam happy newyear!! i been a longtime reader i just madethe decision recently to signup on here as its a newyear as well as tha fact i gotta steady internet connection at ma house now!!

any way going bk to what knicks-player said i agree totally, specially with jeffries! i cant stand the dude ireally dont see why this guy gets the respect of I.T so much. far as im concerned he's a mediocure defender, and a sh*ty offensive player, the last few games hes been gettin more burn then balkman even though far as im concerned balkman is a way better defender, rebounder, finisher and ballhandler, balkman is not a great offensive player not even really a good one, but if u pay attention to the games youll see when this guys in the game he consistently starts fast breaks the guys a straight hustler for him not to have a bought 20-25mins a game baffles me. for jeffries to start over david lee is rediculous in so many ways!!! i dont no what I.T's thinking people say he is a good coach man i think not.

i agree i like balkman alot more than jeffries. And with the la game knicks need a way to find a way to defend big forward type players. Players like Jermaine Oneal and Elton Brand are going to kill us. We got a way from detriot, but when we play teams like Spurs(Duncan), Mavs(Dirk), etc. We are going to get beaten easily. Knicks can defend guards ive noticed.

The leader in blocks for the knicks is Balkman with a measley .8 blocks.

I wish we could have got a small forward who can block, and score. and protect the driving lane. We should be trying to trade for these types of players.

And in recent posts of people wanting maggette, thats crap he doesnt defend. qRich should be able to fill this but he has a crap back
