Injuries

If our players wouldn't have so many injuries this year. Jamal Crawford, Q-Rich, David Lee, Marbury(Minor). Do you think we would actually have a clinched spot in the playoffs? or no? I think we would because of the great chemistry of Jamal Crawford and Eddy Curry. Plus Jamal added in a lot with his points, clutch play, and passing. Lee, made a great improvement from last year. He averaged a double double this year in Pts and Rebs in 58 games he played. What do you guys think?

Yeah, it sucked that basically all of our starting 5 and more were affected by injuries at some point during the season, and im pretty sure that if david and jamal's injuries were minor or non-existant, we could possibly have the 7th seed locked up right now. As u said, David averaged a double-double off the bench, and he was probably our most valuable player... that's why we got so close but couldn't pull off the big wins toward the end of the season. Also, as u said too, Eddy was not as threatining without Jamal there to feed the ball to him. David Lee and Jamal Crawford really did get us over the hump.
