The Season is Offically GARBAGE TIME

Finally, David Lee and Nate get to start together, and come crunch time, it's garbage time with Morris and Chandler joining Nate and DLee to close out games. I assume Isiah has officially given up on the season, or Dolan is telling him to lose games to guarantee a high draft pick. Dolan thinks the Knicks will be the next Celtics. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.

You can't ask a GM to coach, and you can't expect a coach to be a GM. This season has turned into sh*t because Charles Dolan doesn't care, James Dolan doesn't care, and Isiah is a cancer on this team.

Buy the Knicks, Sell The Knicks. does someone up there care?

Its should have been garbage time ever since we got bounced from the playoffs against Toronto.Smart organazations see the writting on the wall and realize its time to rebuild.MSG should have realized how smart Knick fans are and that we would have accepted rebuilding if you have a plan but they just kept putting garbage on the floor and trying to sell us on these bench players so the Garden stays packed.I know I would have Loved to follow a couple of years of good drafts and young players and by doing it that way you clear out cap room to sign the superstar player that wants to come in and light up the Garden. Now where stuck with scrubs our cap is riddiculous and there is not one Championship calliber player that wants to be any where near this franchise honestly its fu***ng embarrising to be a Knick fan now.I know this is very hard but there is not one player on this roster that could start on a Championship team admit it.Start from the top Dolan needs to come to terms and admit he needs a lot of help,Then hire a real GM,Get a hungry young college coach that has no agenda other than getting a 100 percent out of his players like we did years ago with Pitino,Draft smart dont get guys that fit this team because this team has to change get guys that fit a three year blueprint and come to terms that your gonna suck and be in the lottery next year too.No more contracts just expiring ones. And just remember how good it felt that Saturday years ago when we got Houston,L Johnson,And Childs.Get young,Clear cap space,And show NY you have a plan and than maybe garbage time can end.

Yeah, the good thing is hopefully they can learn from all these mistakes. Then again if Isaiah is here he doesn't understand anyway that he has to rebuild. Dolans are spoiled because knicks fans are great and pack the garden, even for a sh&^ty team!! It's not that hard, man. Let's draft well and not bring in big contracts. Let's play out the contracts of Marbury, Rose, and Richardson. Maybe someone miraculously takes on Curry and gives us an expiring contract. Randolph is not that bad. He is offensively very good. He can rebound, but his d is not good enough. 2010, my friends is when we can see the light. We will have cap space, hopefully have developed Chandler, the 2008 and 2009 draft picks. Who knows who will still be on the Knicks by then but there will be great players to go after for 2010-2011. Chris Bosh, Dwayne Wade and of course LeBron will be out there. Definitely these are championship caliber players. If the Knicks do not draft a PG by any chance, they should be smart enough to free up some cap space by 2009-2010 and go after either Chris Paul or Derron Williams. The Knicks need one of these players because they will be the best players for the next decade. Duncan, Nowitzki, Nash, Garnett, Chauncey, Rip, AI, Allen, Pierce, Shaq and others have to pass the torch down the road. Sort of like when Ewing, Olajuwon, Jordan, Barkley, malone, stockton, and others gave it to them.

We can't get Kobe because the Lakers will not let him go, so we have to eye the other upcoming stars!!:peace:

First thing first, logic says once the Knicks became 25 games under .500 it is time to send your best scouts to the college games to see all the Potential Stars comming out this 2008 draft.

Let's get this right, the Knicks started the 2007-8 season playing garbage-time players Marbury, Crawford, Q.Rich, Zach, Curry, Jones, and Jefferies.
Some people may think these players are STARS, but their NBA career shows they are "individual-players" that always had problems mixing well with their teammates. They are Isiah Thomas PET-PLAYERS!

If anyone would have got news on any of the Knicks Scrimage Games in the offseason when David Lee got back from working out with the USA Team, it would've been known that "Morris, Lee, Balkman, Chandler, D.Nichols, Collins, and Nate Robinson, was a tough seven-man rotation to out-rebound, out-score, out-run, and to defend against.
With Coach Hannerty in the gym those seven players meshed into a great chemistry using Chandler, D.Nichols, Nate, and Collins on the Peremeter to defend and outscore oponents.

The real Big Knick News this past offseason was when D.Nichols fired his agent and refuse to play overseas. WHY?
D.Nichols worked hard in co-existing alongside of "Morris, Lee, Balkman, Nate, and Chandler", to become the main Top-Scorer of the group, and the best passing leader of the group to get the ball downlow to Morris, Lee, and Balkman. His talent mixed so well that the chemistry was oustanding.
Demetris Nichols was the missing piece to the 2nd-Unit offense, and a great replacement to backup Crawford.

Demetris Nichols may be in the D-League now, but I give him his total Props for commiting himself the entire Offseason to co-existing with teammates Nate, Balkman, Chandler, Morris, and Lee. He made their talents better. That is why I still say "The best player we got out of the Francis & Frye trade was Demetris Nichols.". His talent & performance makes his teammates talent better.

I would say D.Nicholes is learning the BULL.... of the NBA, that so many young athletes put their teenage DREAMS on getting too. To find out that the league is full of the Owners family members and management family and friends employed in positions they know nothing about.

D.Nichols is a season or two "Work in Progress" to become a great Peremeter Role-Player off the bench or in the Starting lineup.
His best luck was being drafted by the Knicks to improve his Raw-Talent alongside of other Young Hustling Athletes like himself in David Lee, Balkman, and Nate Robinson.
The Knicks was the best NBA team for D.Nichols to have Challenging young athletic teammates in Wilson Chandler & Randolph Morris to improve his and their skillz together.

I like D.Nichols because he would have brought-out the best in his young Knick teammates, to help them improve to the next level (A PG can get 2 to 4 assists from D.Nichols performance each game).
That can not be said about the talents of Marbury, Crawford, Jones, Q.Rich, Zach, Malik, Curry, or James...
