You said it

I dont know if isiah woulda done better or not...but it dont matter. He did far more damage then anyone should be allowed to do. He solidified his spot as a top 3 worst gm ever in any sport. I dont know if he woulda picked lopez or augustin...but thats irrelevant. Im happy his b!tch ass is gone...hopefully these new b!tchasses get some players who can d the fukk up

Trust Mike and what he does. I know Mike personally and he is a great person and coach. I doubt that this will be D'Antoni's last European player that you see drafted in NY. D'Antoni is Europe's version of MJ. He knows the game and how to coach on and off the floor.

Don't expect a 180 degree turn around in 1-2 years, it's not going to happen with all of the guaranteed contracts that Isaiah locked up. When the Knicks can get Marbery, Richardson, Rose, James out of NY then you can start talking about a turn around.

If D'Antoni can get some decent FAs, look to start to win on a consitant basis in 2011 or 2012. That may seem like light years away but NYK salary cap is horrid and you need atleast 3 years to start getting out of that.

If you can be patient, you will be happy with the results. As was said on the Draft Gallinari isn't going to be a superstar a James, Bryant, Garnette, Kidd but he will be a team player like all European players are. In 3-4 years you may have a Ginobili, Vujacic, or Radmanovic.

for the sake of saving this website, let me clear my throat.
first off.. nikoloz is NOT italian he is from the republic of Georgia.
secondly.. this kid is not garbage. just because you havent been reading about him since his highschool years or you havent seen him play in college or he doesn't have a trading card yet means JACK. stop thinking in that we need a big name to play well. like it or not mike is our coach. mike plays EXACTLY how this kid plays. and right now (once again like it or not) marbury, crawford, robinson, Gallinari, Richardson, Chandler FIT this style. that rotation will succeed.

this kid puts the ball on the floor. he shoots over 40 percent from the floor. near 40 behind the arc. has post up moves and can play about 3 positions. he doesnt play much D but mike doesnt push D. and im guessing if he were too this kid could learn seeing his dad was a D specialist.

if youre complaining for the sake of complaining, more power to you. but do some research and give some valid reasoning to your attacks.

did you at least his blue/orange reebok cock shoes. things are niiiice
Hell yeah, agreed with everything.
The kid is going to be alright

Also i just want to say i was disgusted with the reception the Knick fans gave Gallinari. No wonder the Knick fans get payed out all the time.
I know New York fans have a rep of booing and being tough and it was funny when Stern came onto the stage and the booing began lol but u dont boo your own draft pick. You may not agree with it but fk that kid would have been thinking what am i getting myself in for.
You can express ur view to the Knicks in another form, not take it out on the player.

I'm surprised there hasnt been many trades completed yet, I want the Knicks to draft Jordan, at this high in the draft I think he's a steal

holy shit im pissed, we let jerryd bayless slip by and we pick the "italian failure", not impressed at all by walshs first move, they better do something else tonite to compensate that bad move.

I ain't gonna call him a failure just yet when we haven't seen shit from him, but Ill tell you one thing i don't feel comfortable with the pick one bit.

Ok... any REAL knicks fan would be dissapointed in this horrible pick... He will not produce for another 2-3years (If he's even in the league by then) and we passed on soo many good people still on the board at this pick... Im not to mad because other than the top three picks no matter who we got i would not have expected them to automatically come in and turn the team around single handedly... we obviously got a lot to do this off season but 1 thing for sure, tonight was a bad start........

give reasons please? have you watched his game? what do you know about him? why will he be gone? why wont he produce now? please explain. dont just call us not REAL knicks fans and not explain. please do.

in accordance to keep up on our lets get Lebron campaign.. Lee has to go. he will ask for big dollars and unless we get rid of both curry and randolph we cant keep him. so look for him to move tonight or within the week or so. i heard some inside rumblings about Portland and New York. with Portland agressively looking for a deal to snab lee. and now that Bayless another coveted pick is on that team.. its possibly something can come to fruitation something along the lines of Lee and Rose for Miles and Bayless. who knows. but look out for Lee to be on the move.

if the Knicks don't make a trade for another draft pick, to get Jordan, or someone else useful, this draft was a failure. Maybe trade Crawford for a 2nd round pick, idc, try and get,Jordan,or maybe even CDR?

Bilas, Stephen A, Jackson all say this kid has no quickness. So he can shoot. So to those of you acting like this was a good move here is a sample of his nightly matchups in the NBA at SF:

Lebron James, Tayshaun Prince, Gerald Wallace, Paul Pierce, Andre Iguodala, Ron Artest ETC. Long story short this kid is going to get KILLED in the NBA. And he can't defend at all either. So this teams only chance to win, is try to outscore everyone. Intelligent basketball fans know Defense wins, period.
