I know we've all dreamed of jamming it on some fool thinking hes gonna block us, but for most of us its only been a dream or when a game isnt going on and you have time and the confidence to get stuffed by the rim a few times before it goes in.

Well, I'm starting the Vertical Jump Bible, a vertical jump training program that is one of the highest rated ones in the world. Why? 1)I want to posterize the white guy thats been dunking on my for years. 2)I got it free
