To datruth and anyone else that wants to know about the Knicks' draft pick situation:

The Knicks lost their 2009 second round pick to the Chicago Bulls(as part of the Eddy Curry trade) not the first round pick.

The only way the Knicks would lose their pick is if they finished with the 4th seed in the Eastern Conference or above. The pick is top 23 protected. The Knicks suck, and they'll be lucky to get the 10th seed next year.

The Knicks lost their 2010 first round pick to the Suns, and the Suns traded the pick to the Jazz like idiots. A first round pick from the Knicks is highly valuable, because we're always in the lottery. The Suns will regret trading the pick that they acquired from the Knicks.

Nash isn't a brolic dude but still gets to the paint with ease, as well as Parker.

Theres more than just body composition.

Add protein to your diet, increase your calorie intake by 500 each day, and you'll see a change.

Do PUSH UPS, best exercise in the planet, they'll make your chest pop out and define muscles in your arms...work out your back and just give you natural strength.
When you hit 17/18 and mastered push ups, you'll walk the streets of Queens like a God that can't be f*cked with.

anything else thats healthy and taste good i should eat?

Just drink water. No soda or sugary juices.

You could eat whatever you want...just in small portions...whatever you eat, cut it in half and save the other half for later.

That routine alone will increase your body % fat and you'll notice more leanness in your body and definition in your muscles if you do required exercise.

You could also drink seltzer water. A lot of people don't like seltzer water, but it has zero calories, and there's a lot of different flavors(plain, lime, raspberry, mandarin orange, and cherry). I like drinking seltzer water with Pepsi and Coke. A lot of people mix it with alcohol.

You're really lacking in knowledge.

Most of the players in Euroleague are locked into contracts, and they didn't declare for the draft.

Most scouts and basketball experts agree that Euroleague is above NCAA on terms of level and competition.

I'm not going further into this and wasting my time on a fool like you.

Ricky Rubio played thirteen strong minutes in Spain's 81-66 win over Greece on Sunday.

Coming off the bench, Rubio had seven points, one assist, one rebound, and one block for Spain.

Pau Gasol, Jose Calderon, and Rudy Fernandez led Spain, combining for 40 points and 13 rebounds in the victory.

Spain shot an amazing 22-for-25 from the foul line against 11-for-24 for Greece, which helped keep their advantage at a safe distance.

You guys could watch high quality recap of the games on nbcolympics.com...Rubio is expected to get more minutes, he has impressed his coach.

Dude plays like a 20 year vet, his feel for the game is amazing.
Rudy Fernandez is another fun player to watch, Spain is STACKED.

Rubio definetly looks like a potential Nash with D skills, i like his Pete Marivich game so i hope he can bring that style of basketball back. I'm gonna watch August 15th when USA plays Spain...that better be on ESPN.

Rubio has a long way to go with his jumper, so don't expect any shoot outs from Ricky.

But you could catch him online before the 15th...USA vs Spain will be the most important game, I expect Rubio to get a lot of minutes since Spain is going to need their best defense to stop the USA and their fastbreak points.

Rubio is officially a DEFENSIVE SPECIALIST at 17...amazing.

He was MUGGING Chinese guards today, it was classic.

Rubio made an impact without scoring much.

Rubio was unarguably the MVP with his defence in the last minutes and in overtime.

Rubio had

5 steals
4 rebounds (2 offensive
4 assist

Dude is a beast offensively...they set any plays up for him because he doesn't seniority.

Saw Rubio play against China and I'm looking fwd to watching him now against Team USA. The guy is a flat out talent. Doesn't have much of an offensive game (scoring wise) at this point but he plays great d, is an excellent passer and just looks like a special player. He reminded me a lot of what Tony Parker was like at 19 except for being a much more dynamic passer. The NBA's probably 3 maybe 4 years away for him but I'm looking forward to it.

Also Rudy Fernandez was very impressive against China, best player on the floor.
