Actually this is what he said from audio of that interview:

"I heard about this [diet] where you eat what you want to eat and you throw it up, like puke and all. Then I remember one time when I was a kid, I got sick from eating and all. I puked all night, I mean all night. I lost like 50 pounds. So I am making a new diet where you eat bad food and puke it up and loose like 50 pounds...

Sounds like he is desperate.
