    I think Europe would be best. He will get yet another fresh start there and maybe will have a resurgance.

    As for the NBA, he's run out of chances and its too late to change his reputation. He isn't respected here in the US.

    If he goes to Europe, it would mark the biggest NBA player leaving to go overseas and would start a real movement for players
