    Default Support A-Rod

Hi guys, I really want to do this. I'm suck of people booing Arod, it makes me sick. A-Rod is a future hall of famer, when you boo him it makes him worse. I want to make a website called

    supporta-rod.com

I will have a forum on it and all. A-Rod is a great player, and I want to help him. Lets cheer him on and start this campaign. Does anyone want to help??

If you are a Yankee fan, you will support this.

    Are you willing to help?

or will you go to it??

I'll support A-rod by not booing him.

With all the money he has you would think he would pay people to start making websites to support him.

Funniest nickname I heard given to A-rod is:

    "PURPLE LIPS"

alright, if you guys want him to suck go ahead, boo him. A Rod has serious talent and you saw that in Texas and Seattle. He can be mvp every year but the pressure will get to him. If you give him one year of straight support by everyone, he will be great every year til he gets old.

If A-Rod is bothered by people booing him then he shouldn't be getting paid to do what he does.

Don't worry about A-Rod he is a great athlete and baseball player. He knows what he has to do and the fans will be behind him once he is being productive.

That's how the NY fans are, when you are making progress they will let you know and reward you for it, when you don't you will have to deal with the disappointment in the fans vocals.

It's good the way it is-

When you pay the astronomical prices that we pay as Yankee fans we should be able to do alot more than watch a baseball game. The fact of the matter is we pay their contracts. We expect in return to not just win in the regular season but also win Championships year in and year out. A-rod's supposed goal when he came here was to "win a championship". Has he done that? Nope. What he did do was opt out of his contract get paid more money and still has yet to deliver a ring, or show any sign of a pulse in the playoffs. So for a player who claims he wants to win a championship has a funny way of showing it. I cant stand the man... Nothing but a side show and a circus... Give me Scott Brosius, Louis Sojo, Louis Vizciano any day of the week. But Arod puts the asses in the seats. One problem those asses want to see a championship baseball team and as long as A-rod wears the pinstripes you will never see one.

This isn't Texas or Seattle! This is New York. I could careless what he does from the months of April through September! Show me what you can do in October! Its easy to hit balls 500 feet in April and May.. Do it when it matters... And he cant. He can get the big city pay checks and talk the talk and rack up the numbers but his hand remains empty... He'll never win in NY plain and simple. We want to win and Arod is not a winner.

thats why he always won in Seattle, you are not a Yankee fan giants plan and simple. Grow up. People having feelings and people can't take all the pressure. Would you like it if you made an error that no one could make and get booed? Your an a$$, a dick. You are the type of fan I want to stop. Real fans support everyone. I don't care what I get from this post, no matter how much hate. Its worth it. Start rooting for Boston.

Well being a life long Mets fan i have to interject and say A-Rod helped you guys get into the post season Torre's last season. In general he helps you get into the post season. There are a lot more guys not holding your team down than just him.

It's the same as Eagle fans wanting Donovan McNabb out of the city limits of Philadelphia. Who has he had to work with on offense?!?!? An injured Brian Westbrook every season, and WR's that could barely make other NFL teams.

Look let me say this, I think A-Rod has the chance to go down in history as the greatest player ever. If he does do that I would be extremely happy for him. BUT, as a yankee fan he would more than solidify his status as a Yankee and an All time great if he did one time won the big one. Clumsy, you are absolutely correct he did help the yankees tremendously in torre's final year as manager. But what good is it. This is a city that judges what you do in the post-season, AKA the biggest stage. I would LOVE for him to shut me up, PLEASE A-ROD PROVE ME WRONG! hahaha

C'mon man James Thrash, Todd Pinkston, Kevin Curtis!??!?! And he was still dumb nice in his prime. T.O. was the only real offensive threat he has had (Brian Westbrook, doesn't play long enough every year to be considered). People call him overrated cuz he couldn't win the big one...but i don't agree.

I guarentee A-Rod will win one for the Yanks...as much as i think the Yankees are bad for baseball.
