    Default Support A-Rod

Hi guys, I really want to do this. I'm suck of people booing Arod, it makes me sick. A-Rod is a future hall of famer, when you boo him it makes him worse. I want to make a website called

    supporta-rod.com

I will have a forum on it and all. A-Rod is a great player, and I want to help him. Lets cheer him on and start this campaign. Does anyone want to help??

If you are a Yankee fan, you will support this.

    Are you willing to help?

or will you go to it??

I'll support A-rod by not booing him.

With all the money he has you would think he would pay people to start making websites to support him.

Funniest nickname I heard given to A-rod is:

    "PURPLE LIPS"

alright, if you guys want him to suck go ahead, boo him. A Rod has serious talent and you saw that in Texas and Seattle. He can be mvp every year but the pressure will get to him. If you give him one year of straight support by everyone, he will be great every year til he gets old.

If A-Rod is bothered by people booing him then he shouldn't be getting paid to do what he does.

Don't worry about A-Rod he is a great athlete and baseball player. He knows what he has to do and the fans will be behind him once he is being productive.

That's how the NY fans are, when you are making progress they will let you know and reward you for it, when you don't you will have to deal with the disappointment in the fans vocals.

It's good the way it is-

When you pay the astronomical prices that we pay as Yankee fans we should be able to do alot more than watch a baseball game. The fact of the matter is we pay their contracts. We expect in return to not just win in the regular season but also win Championships year in and year out. A-rod's supposed goal when he came here was to "win a championship". Has he done that? Nope. What he did do was opt out of his contract get paid more money and still has yet to deliver a ring, or show any sign of a pulse in the playoffs. So for a player who claims he wants to win a championship has a funny way of showing it. I cant stand the man... Nothing but a side show and a circus... Give me Scott Brosius, Louis Sojo, Louis Vizciano any day of the week. But Arod puts the asses in the seats. One problem those asses want to see a championship baseball team and as long as A-rod wears the pinstripes you will never see one.

This isn't Texas or Seattle! This is New York. I could careless what he does from the months of April through September! Show me what you can do in October! Its easy to hit balls 500 feet in April and May.. Do it when it matters... And he cant. He can get the big city pay checks and talk the talk and rack up the numbers but his hand remains empty... He'll never win in NY plain and simple. We want to win and Arod is not a winner.

thats why he always won in Seattle, you are not a Yankee fan giants plan and simple. Grow up. People having feelings and people can't take all the pressure. Would you like it if you made an error that no one could make and get booed? Your an a$$, a dick. You are the type of fan I want to stop. Real fans support everyone. I don't care what I get from this post, no matter how much hate. Its worth it. Start rooting for Boston.

Yankee fans who think A'Rod is the core for the lack success are FOOLS.

We've been lacking pitching for a long ass time.
You don't win with no pitching.

exactly....Arod had his moments were he choked but if we always had a great rotation then he wouldn't have to always come through with so many games were we only scored 2 or 3 runs....that is what is f*kin pathetic.

How can the Yankees have such a good lineup and not be one of the top hitting teams last year? Even with Posada and Matsui hurt they should have averaged 8 runs a game with those bats....They ranked 18th in batting avg with RISP...thats horrible for a team trying to make the world series...18th was worse than the Orioles and Pirates.

If AROD gets hot like he did two years ago having 150 Rbi's....then everyone that boo's him will shut up and say he's great....He's hated or loved....I don't think there is an arguement on who the best thrid baseman in baseball is right now....AROD hands down..

I support him also because I think Joe Torre is screwing him in this book.

Funny how Joe Torre always told players to keep stuff quiet and then he blabs his mouth on everything...he's a snitch....Buster Olney made some good points in an article about it.

First of all, Out of respect I'll ignore all of your foolish name calling and chalk it up as your probably a kid. Secondly, Do not ever question me or how much of a fan I am because I happen to dislike a certain player. I have been a Yankee fan longer then you have been on this planet. He always won in Seattle? He made the post-season Two times! 95, (doesnt count only had one at bat) 97, 00. And he put up great numbers but its Seattle! The fans wont ride him like we do because WE the yankee fans are used to winning.. Plain and simple. And with Arod just like everywhere else he's played HE HASNT WON! Forgive me for not praising a guy because he wins MVP awards and player of the month awards. I for one, have always been team first. The team comes before every other meaningless indivdual award, and that's the problem with the majority of kids today. They dont realize team before self. Let me ask you a question jpz do you attend alot of Yankee games a year? I go to about 10, I contribute in a small way to Arods enormous ****ing salary. If I feel the need to boo him because he hit .071 in the most IMPORTANT games of the year I will. Look at this year... We have absolutely HUGE enomormous expectations this year spending nearly half a billion dollars, Now in the paper you hear all of this **** about arod banging Madonna, Its the Arod show again... The attention's on him. He got what he wants. The guy is an *******. plain and simple. Do me a favor save your insults for your reply. Not needed in this discussion. Thank you.

ok.. well.. I attend about 15 Yankee games in the year at most. But I have season tickets to the AAA team. Just think about it, if you want the Yankees to win, don't boo cheer.

Ok my point wasn't about how many Yankee games you attend. But your lucky I wish I could go to 15! lol Doesn't it get frustrating? He hits when it doesn't matter, But post-season time he's a non entity. And I cheer the Yankees. I boo A-rod. Their is a big difference. A-rod in my mind will never be a yankee.

he will never be a Yankee if you guys never let him be a Yankee. Who decides whos a Yankee? Donniebaseball never won a championship and people consider him a Yankee. Face it, you guys just don't want him to be a Yankee. You had your mind made up when we got him and he wasn't playing like Ruth. Hes not God, no one can be perfect. You are rating him from his previous years when you should be rating him against Alfonso Soriano.
