    Default Plax is axed

    He gone.

The Giants cut ties with the disrupted WR today after the shooting saga.

It was probably the right thing to do from an economic point of view but was it the right thing to do from a football standpoint?

Now that Plax is gone what will the Giants do to fill the WR void?

I thought he would be back and help the team to reach the SB again, now I think they will go after either Braylon or Boldin.

I'm getting tired of the thug image in the NFL. I'm glad he is gone. Great football player no doubt but the league needs to clean up their ****.

Ya I'd rather have a "thug" that would have helped us beat the Eagles than not. Besides you don't know the whole story about why athletes carry guns mainly because most likely you aren't rich and famous. I admit i think he's retarded for not getting liscences, but he might get robbed everytime he steps out his house.

    Breaking News Anquan Boldin

Looks like a strong candidate for the #1 receiver role in NY....he wants out of Arizona and doesn't like his offensive coordinator very much.

The best talent for receiver that is still available if we don't sign a WR in this draft.

Sign him to a short deal and see how he performs.

Dont give me that bull****. He's a smart man. Why would he go to a place that would invoke carrying a gun? Also, He makes PLENTY of money, He can hire a security team to escort him to these fine places he goes to at 3 in the morning. Or going out to get his paper. He put himself in this situation. Eli makes WAY more than plax... you think he carries a gun? Doubt it, Want to know why? He doesnt put himself in those situations - aka, Not going to shady ass strip clubs in Harlem at 3 AM.

Giants expected to land Edwards by the draft. good move i like it, hes a legit no.1 reciever and would make life easy for Manning.

I think Edwards will do good, doesn't he have injury problems in the past?

I'm pissed that they are going to trade Domenik Hixon, he was my favorite player.

naw it was only his first or second season. he's a great receiver that could/will be a pro bowler for a while.

Manning and Edwards will feed of each other well(no homo)

Amen and our defensive line got even stronger with Rocky Bernard and that other guy from Dallas that is 6'7 that came over....our offensive and defensive line is the best in the NFL hands down.
