Default Ex-Hornets coach Byron Scott and Chris Paul have a solid bond

Chris Paul and his former coach, Byron Scott, talk several times a week, and it's clear that all is not well in New Orleans. "I love Chris Paul like a son," Scott said. "So I hate to see him when he's not happy. It hurts me because I'm very close to him...I hope everything he wants happens."

Ownership is a mess, the GM was recently fired and the Hornets continue to stand pat while teams around them improve. Paul is going to keep playing for them as long as he has to, but you have to think he's going to do whatever he can to get out of a losing situation - including demanding a trade if necessary.
