they call the garden the mecca for a reason. ny fans are the greatest most knowledgeable fans of basketball in the world. (not that you would know that from this forum) all the greats who ever thought of being great have to come to new york to prove it. we are basketball, we are baseball and we are football. we are new fukin york city!!!! go knicks.

I've liked Carmelo ever since his time at Syracuse, but I'm starting to think he's overrated. Maybe if he matures he could live up to potential.

when you are in NY or LA you are not over rated, if anything the Knicks are still looked down upon for their past, their is a bias against the franchise.

And how can some team be over rated when they haven't had a winning season in a decade?

Over rated as if players want to come here? No players want to revive the team and bring wins to the Garden, Kobe said it is his favorite place to play and many stars have said the same, everyone loves playing there

Our talent is underrated because it's underrated, or at least underappreciated, the havoc Dolan-Isiah caused.

Our franchise is prolly underrated as a whole. It'd a sweet testament to NYC-NYK glory that we stay as devoted and the team is still so profitable considering we've had some bad luck with lotto balls and have been decimated by an enemy from within (Isiah-Dolan).
