The good news is if Dolan ever was waiting to make his move, now would be the time to do it.... Walsh is under the knife and MD's image is at its all-time lowest.... bad news is if he makes the move it probably means I-Thomas returns to the bench.

Fire him now. He has proven ****.

I feel sorry for the coaches who couldn't help their situation because of their lack of ability to win games because of the lack of talent on the team and got fired because of it. D'Antoni has had the talent, but is horrible.

I have a bad feeling we're gonna have to wait 'till at least January.

Do it now before we have a winning streak and Dolan/Walsh changes their minds. I have no confidence in this "style" doing much damage in the Playoffs.

you're not just firing D'Antoni but also pretty much saying Gallinari is a goner too

anyone else hopes Dolan does it in a humiliating way to rub it in D'Antoni instead of just straight up firing him.

could have him report to the game and moments before tip-off have guards escort him and his butt buddy Gallo out the Garden, like they did Don Chaney and his wife.

or fire him but make him read a resignation statement like Lenny Wilkens.

or just leave him out to dry like Larry Brown.

    Default Mike 'Antoni 4 Evah

Dolan is a fool; Knicks will gel at end of season to have 3-game winning streak,
'Antoni will be rewarded with 3-year contract.

Anyone who is calling for Isiah to come back is either insain ir just delusional! We spent the last few seasons undoing what Isiah did, so technically this is Mike D's fist season.... This is the Fist time Mike D is putting out a team that he has had true input in and he (and Walsh) deserves to have a few seasons to bring in their guys and build their team not wallowing in Isiah's mess!
Isiah has destroyed everything he has ever touched and you want him back?!?!?!?!

He won't be gone, if at all, until after the season.

And anyone saying they would prefer Isiah Thomas is a damn fool.

+1. D'ant's act is getting old, I was a big supporter of him. Now its just getting over the top, you blow a HUGE lead, No intensity whatsoever on the Defensive end, One guy gets hurt and its like everyone doesnt have a clue what to do on the defensive side of the ball. Everyone claims D'ant is some offensive Genius, Have you seen some of the possesions he's put together at the end of games for us to take the final shot? He's really starting to bother me... I dont seen any improvement on this team at all...

The good news is the Knicks are playing in a weak EC, we're 11th in the standings. D'Antoni still has time to clean this up, he admitted the 3 pointer killed us yesterday and we needed to drive to the basket so maybe some changes are coming.

It's not the only thing that has to be fixed but its a start, stop jacking up 3s when you have 20 secs left on the shot clock.

I always thought this guy was an ******* even in Phoenix. I never really supported him as our coach but I thought eventually that him and Walsh would turn things around. I dont really have anything against Walsh but Im another one thats gotten really sick of Mike D's antics. He looks like a b*tch when hes complaining to the refs about something...I just wanna rabbit punch him in the worst way

D'Antoni has always sucked. This is nothing new. That's why I wanted D'Antoni fired from day one. He doesn't stress defense. He sucks at creating lineups and rotations. The only reason he won in Phoenix was because they already had 4 All Stars, the entire time he coached them. Now, when he has one all star to work with, he can't even break 33 wins.

Donnie Walsh is a horrible GM. All he does is listen to D'Antoni.

Every player Walsh traded ended up on winning teams. What a coincidence?

And the Knicks are going to keep sucking, because Walsh traded away all of the Knicks' first round picks.

And even when we had 1st round picks, Walsh was bright enough to get Gallinari over Lopez, Hibbert, and Gordon, and he got Hill over Jennings.

D'Antoni is more suited to be a high school level coach. the only pros he should be in is the WNBA. even Bill Laimbier can coach better.
