We obviously know why Stephon doesn't like Coach D'Antoni.. It is quite obvious. The reason why they decided not to play Marbury is very unknown, and I'd rather not know why. It is in the past, and Coach D'Antoni HAD to have had a somewhat decent reason we don't know about... (Although I disagree with it)

I've enjoyed STAT while he was in PHX and him going to NY kind of
led me to this site. I'm not a huge D'Antoni fan. I thought we had a decent
team while he was coaching here but he wouldn't make even the slightest changes to get us past San Antonio. He was to set in making it his way or the highway.

I do have to ask what the Marbury and vaseline reference I keep reading about is?

The sad thing is, Marbury actually has been one of the best Knicks of the last decade. That's seriously depressing!

With D'antoni getting fired I think the sooner the better, then at least our new coach can start to get his teeth into the team before the trade deadline and evaluate what we need to do to move forward.

Can you really see D'antoni being our coach for the next 2-3 years? If not, why give him another 20 games of stagnating our players into his absurd roles.
