I don't think he's a guy that you bet the future of a team on. I think he is going to make his money in this league as a three-point specialist, off the bench.
Three point specialists who have repeatedly been able to get to the line 10-15x in a game and shoot .900+ from there?
I don't know too many guys like that, or guys like that who come off the bench.
Nobody is even saying Gallo *is* already some established stud. We all *admit* his inconsistency. But his inconsistency is tied to what makes him a keeper to groom and give some trust to, and have some faith in.
He's a pretty classy and mature dude as a player, too; despite his lofty drafting and the media hype around him.
If he just magically did the thing you wanted him to do, he'd be a perennial all-star franchise-like player at the age of 22.
Y'all treat him like a daym 28yr old journeyman with no pedigree and limited skills who has never shown shit on the court.
