I don't know what I think about it. We have Douglas already and he's much cheaper then Ridnour. What you guys think?

ridnour is a solid pg, would be a good pickup, then toney d could really fill in sg i guess?

Trade him in a Melo deal. We won't need him if we have Ridnour.

He'd be a very solid backup. Almost too solid. But at $4M per that's kind of steep. Makes you wonder if players like Azubuike and Walker have become after thoughts, and their salaries have already been equated in to salaries for others.

We need another 5 before we need another PG.

Not sure how the salaries would match up but I could see something like this going down..

Knicks trade AR for Luke Ridnor + Minnesota's first round pick(s)..

We get our backup pg and a pick to send to denver in a Melo deal.

Luke Ridnour is a good passer and shooter and would fit in well with our offense.

Don't you think Minny is giving up way to much in that deal?

If we can get him for the right price and it isn't going to create a kind of battle for the starting PG spot I'm all for it.

TBH Felton is playing so well right now it would suck to rock the chemistry boat by bringing in a PG who is more or less on the same level and might challenge for the starting role.

Felton/Ridnour/Fields/Azubuike would be a great backcourt with good depth and variety of skills though if you ask me.
