I still don't see how anyone could not want this type of talent on their team. Fitty and 11 rebounds!! Straight crazy.

Cmon, guys. We already have our Melo in Chandler. Let's not *GUT* our team with all this crazy talk of a trade for an overrated scorer who brings nothing else. 50 points! Hah! This is a Mike D'antoni team...Like scoring more points matter much and will help us win games.

If Melo is so privileged to have a chance at being a Knick, and the New Jersey Nets and Denver decide to take mercy on us and our peanuts -- since they have so much power and leverage -- maybe we can make Carmelo an offer.

Melo's 4th qtr explosion is exactly the type of relief Amare needs from time to time. Teams will either have to deal with STAT or Melo in the 4th and BOTH these guys make a living at the FT line. Add to that our 3 pt threats (Walker, TD, Gallo and Williams) and we're pretty dangerous.

Once we shore up our defense with either Mozgov's improvement or an additional defensive center, we'll be in the championship lane. We definitely need a backup point but not as much as defense up front.
