Aside from all the Negativity, Shumpert AKA Wade 2.0 played good last night

Tarheel fan here too, Shump roasted us when he played against us.

If you look at the Knicks draft prediction thread, me and only one other guy predicted the Knicks would take Shumpert. After they did, boy was I stoked.

We need to chill on calling this kid Wade 2.0. He takes awful shots, does not yet use his vision, and needs to learn his place.

That being said I hope he gets going quick!! Lets go Shump Shump!!

P.S. anyone who speaks in the 3rd person better be ****ing good.

No Executive of the Year or Sportmanship Award? BUST!

I think he could end up a poor man's Dwyane Wade in his prime.

Let's say he raches 80% of D-Wade - he'll be a top 8 guard in the league.

It's much too early to say whether Shumpert turns into Wade 2.0 or stays "just" a solid guard. Wade also wasn't that successful in his first season, let's give Shumpert time, he's already fans favorite (which other rookie earned his name chants in his second game?) and our starter.

I feel bad I was at the Prudential Center on draft night and I was like who the **** is Shumpert? Now i'm trying to get a Shumpert jersey asap

loll at everyone who booed his drafting. i was one of the few people on here who vouched for his drafting, me DFDH and a couple others and now look at em he's great still has somestuff to work on but he'll get there. jump shot is already solid and cant sleep on it.

how awesome would it have eben had he dunked on Biyomo that was crazy had he not been slapped he wouldve had it. cant wait for one of those. electric
