The Knicks rallied around Jamal Crawford and Zach Randolph, fought off a late charge by the Nets and left the Izod Center with a 100-93 victory — their first road victory in eight games this season.
Crawford scored a season-high 29 points, including a key 3-pointer down the stretch, to help hold off the Nets (9-10) — who seemed to miss Jason Kidd more than the Knicks (6-11) missed Stephon Marbury and Eddy Curry.
Marbury spent another day with family members, mourning the death of his father, Donald. Curry turned his left ankle during the morning shoot-around and was scratched 90 minutes before tip-off. (...)
