STAT is one tech away from a one game suspension issued by the league.

Perhaps he should intentionally get one against New Orleans and sit out the home game against Cleveland? Keep a lid on things from there.

It's the most likely win for the rest of this season - even though we've lost to them twice - and with 24 games left and Philly only a game behind us, we have some crucial games that must be won.

Honourable mention must go to David Stern for adding that jenesequa to the game, and putting results in the hands of the refs, not the players.

The way we're playing against Cleveland this year we need all the help we can get... :teeth: Maybe he should try to NOT get a tech for the rest of the season. That would be the best option. Or maybe he should have Melo fight his battles with the refs for him.

Do they reset the Techs in the playoffs? a playoff game without STAT is a very bad game....

Each Additional Technical Foul: $5,000 fine
Each Two Additional Technical Fouls
(9, 11, 13, etc.): $5,000 fine plus one game suspension
