Knicks in Buffalo area

I'm in upstate NY(specifically Cattaragus County) And im worried the Sabres games will interfere with me getting my Knicks, also I'm at a campus

I'm a Rochester guy and went to St Bonaventure... there should be an overflow channel, sometimes Sabres take the main MSG channel but the Knicks are shown elsewhere. Check the msg website, I maddeningly cannot find what I am looking for right now, but they should have an msg overflow channel listing page, it'll show you based on what region in NY you are in what channel to go to for MSG overflow, MSG2 and MSG+ stuff. Like Time Warner Rochester for example the Knicks are put on either channel 26 or channel 98. Wish I could be more helpful, but you should be ok for almost every game, I'd say twice a year the listings get messed up for me and I get heated, but otherwise you're cool
